Needed to replace brakes & drove 40 minutes here off a recommendation. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They explained the level of wear and options. Even more options based on car and driving habits. No pressure on upselling. Took about an hour. They also had multiple walk in customers needing different things they handled quickly in addition to the jobs already in progress. Really good service for late Friday afternoon. Will definitely keep making the drive down to Plano & sharing recs. :)

Called last minute this morning and Chris told me they’d take care of me! Once I arrived, they took me right away. Oil change, fluids topped off all done in under 30 minutes. I really appreciate the excellent and speedy service as a first time customer. Trust is so important when it comes to your car needs. Thank you. I’ll be back!

I went to Parker Rims & Tires in Plano after leaving another shop in Lewisville that was quoting me almost three times as much. I cannot say enough good things about Parker’s. The shop owner, Kali, took the absolute best care of me from start to finish. He walked me through every decision step by step, gave me multiple options, and never once made me feel rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable. He made sure I understood exactly what my car needed and what my safest options were. What really stood out to me was how honest and transparent he was. He showed me everything before they did the work, including the boxes the parts came in, so I knew exactly what I was getting. He even brought out the brake pads and showed me what was worn, what was still okay, and compared them side by side so I could actually see it for myself instead of just being told. They did not rush through the job. They took their time and made safety the number one priority, while still being extremely fair with pricing. This place is excellent, and they treat their customers with great care and respect. I recently visited for a vehicle inspection and diagnosis. The team quickly identified the issue, changed my engine oil, and completed the inspection test in a timely manner with very little wait time. While waiting, I noticed that the staff personally approached customers to provide updates and assistance instead of making them come to the desk. Everyone was very humble, friendly, and professional. They even offered us water while we waited. The facility is very clean and has a comfortable waiting area with a TV, coffee, and complimentary water available for customers. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and was very impressed with their customer service and quality of work. I highly recommend this place! 😊🚗✨

I’ve always had a great experience with Khalid and his team. Never had any issues. Friendly courteous staff. Reasonable pricing too. Highly recommend doing business with Khalid at Parker’s Tires and Rims.
